Ahmed El Sewedy

Chairman of the Board

Ahmed El Sewedy became part of EL Sewedy Electric in 1986 after receiving his bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of El Sewedy Electric S.A.E., he has turned it into one of the largest world-wide providers of integrated energy solutions, with more than 30 production facilities in 16 countries utilizing the qualities of more than 14,000 professionals, in more than 110 countries around the world

Ahmed Ouda

Chief Executive Officer

Ahmed Ouda is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with over 32 years of experience within Engineering & Construction Industry. He has an extensive expertise in leading entities and managing EPC projects, particularly in commercial, infrastructure projects and industrial plants. He has held significant roles in major projects/entities across Egypt, Iraq, and Tanzania.
He is serving as the Chairman of ElSewedy Electric Infrastructure Company, overseeing a turnover exceeding 10 billion Egyptian pounds annually, in addition to his role at Elsewedy Watanya company as Vice Chairman overseeing the company business to successfully localize Center Irrigation Pivots industry in Egypt through innovate and acquire state of the art technology supported with one of the biggest industrial complexes in the region for such industry.
While previously serving as Elkharafi Projects Director, he successfully implemented various prestigious projects such as Elshabab & Damietta Power Stations as well as Marassi, Marsa Allam and Allegria development projects.
Notable projects under his leadership include the Rufiji Hydropower Project in Tanzania, Beni Suef 4800MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Egypt.
In addition to his leadership of power generation projects, Ahmed Ouda led the contribution of Elsewedy group in large-scale infrastructure projects in Egypt, such as Mostaqbal Misr at Dabaa, North and middle Sinai, Beni-Suef and Toshka projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completions.

Ehab El Sayed Abdulgalil

Chief Operating Officer

Ehab El Sayed Abdulgalil is a dynamic civil engineer with an MBA and PMP certification, known for managing large-scale projects across various industries. With a proven track record of reducing costs by 20% on a $500 million project, he is highly proficient in project management, budgeting, planning, and risk management. His expertise extends to quality and scope management, as well as change management.

Ehab has directed several high-impact projects, including a $450 million farm project and overseeing operations for 32,000 feddans using advanced irrigation systems. Throughout his career, he has managed 24 projects with a combined budget of EGP 2.3 billion. Notable achievements include implementing an ERP system, cultivating large land areas, and managing complex infrastructure such as overhead transmittal lines and deep well drilling.

With over two decades of experience, Ehab has held key roles at Solera Elsewedy, Canal Sugar, and Cargill Egypt, and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Army Height Approval Award and Best Employee Award. His technical proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and strong leadership skills have made him a key figure in both construction and agricultural development sectors.

Ehab holds an MBA and certifications in risk management and occupational safety. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his additional training in conflict management and employee engagement.

Ramy Ibrahim Hassan

Chief Financial Officer

With over 20 years of experience spanning Construction, Contracting, Real Estate, and Hospitality industries, Ramy has built a diverse skill set, specializing in Finance, Cost Control, and Internal Audit.

As the CFO of Solera Energy and Solutions, Ramy is responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sound financial management, and driving sustainable growth. His leadership extends beyond finance, actively contributing to operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making.

Ramy plays a pivotal role in aligning financial performance with the company’s long-term goals, ensuring compliance, and enhancing processes across departments. His deep industry knowledge and ability to navigate complex business environments make him a key asset in supporting Solera’s growth and innovation in the renewable energy sector.
